The Travel Agent Assistant will be responsible for assisting travel agents in booking ticket and hotel reservations, researching travel options, providing customer service, issuing travel insurance, visa applications with high attention to details, extra services, maintain client records and follow up with clients, daily sales report, Queue check, liaise with the other departments, other tasks that might be asked for to ease the workflow in the travel department, and liaise with vendors and partners to ensure seamless service and smooth travel arrangements for clients.\r\nQualifications: \r\n• Customer service and communication skills is a must\r\n• Attention to detail and organiz
